Or simply walk, or ride to the delightful center of Grand Junction, CMU, the Colorado River and Las Colonias outdoor ampitheater! Get outdoors riding the trails through and around Grand Junction connecting you to Colorado wine country and some of the best mountain bike trails Colorado has to offer. Experience the beauty of the Grand Mesa along the way, and visit Moab in less than a 2 hour drive! Skiers will appreciate the short trip to Powderhorn for skiing in the winter and their downhill bike park in the summer. This wonderful urban retreat is the launching point for endless outdoor fun and is sure to please everyone from the little hiker to the seasoned adventure seeker!

Grand Junction Stay 2024
Sadie was pleasant and prompt in her communications. She confirmed the reservation as we neared the arrival date. A welcome letter with instructions was posted the day before we arrived. The accommodations were just as advertised. The place was well suited for our family... five adults and three children. We will book again when we return. I'm not a regular VRBO user, so I don't know if it's normal for the insurance deposit to be fully charged along with the rental fee at the time of the reservation. I paid off the rental and deposit charge three months in advance in order to avoid interest fees on my card. We just returned home... Waiting on news regarding the deposit. Heard back from Sadie attentively as ever… The deposit management is outsourced and is returned within a couple of weeks. :-)

Great trip!
Our son had a baseball tournament in GJ. This was a perfect place for us. Clean, modern, with all the amenities we needed. The location was great to walk to the restaurants on and around Main Street and to walk to a JUCO game in the evening. Also an easy drive to the CO National Monument. We would definitely stay again!

Great Property
Great location and close to CMU and downtown! Nice neighborhood with no problems! Never heard anything from neighbors. Clean property, roomie, love the space as it’s not cluttered. Variety of TV options. Just an overall great stay and I would highly recommend and just know I am very picky!

The property was very clean and spacious. Location could not have been better, walk to downtown, and only a short drive to Redlands Mesa golf course and Colorado National Monument.

Great Property, Great Location
We truly enjoyed our visit to GJ. The location of this property is very close to CMU and Downtown. It had plenty of room for our extended family. The kitchen and bathrooms were very modern. The beds were comfortable. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Great little stay in Grand Junction
We had a wonderful time visiting our kids at CMU. The house was very comfortable and enjoyed every minute. Will certainly look this one up again on future visits.
