This home was just what we needed. There was plenty of space for our family and the home was well equipted. It is located between two busy streets however the street that it is on is quiet and located in a area that makes it easy to access anything in Grand Junction. The backyard is perfect for pets too, although the next door neighbors have dogs as well so there may be some barking going on but easily handled. Check-in was super easy and the host was prompt in getting back to us with any questions we had. We would stay there again.

This 1970s home has been beautifully renovated and features mature shade trees that enable use of the rear patio even on sunny days. The evaporative cooler keeps the interior cool and had to be dialed back a bit since one of our party found it "chilly" on a hot summer day. The kitchen is well equipped with everything needed for cooking and dining on site. This is definitely a property I would book again.

Great Stay & Amazing Location!

Our company had a job we were completing in Grand Junction and our group stayed here for 3 days. The property was as described on the listing! We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area. The host was very quick at responding to my messages and kept me informed of the check- in and out instructions. I recommend!

Great House for Family Stay

Stayed two nights for a softball tournament with two teenage daughters and grandparents. Enough space for everyone, although I do wish the house had one more shower for the amount of people it sleeps. Great, private backyard. Evaporative cooler works fine in Colorado, although the cooling is not as consistent as central air. Kitchen could use more tupperware for food storage, but we were pleasantly surprised with the zip lock bags, laundry and dishwasher detergent and paper products stocked in the home. Definitely a nice bonus!

Impressive

It was perfect for us. The home was gorgeous and spacious. The main floor can seat over 30 easily. We were in Grand Junction for a family funeral and we were able to invite family & some friends over. The kids enjoyed the hot tub and a few adults wound down late one evening. Great location. Central to everywhere for us.

Family Fun

The house accommodated our family of six (plus the dog) very comfortably. It was exceptionally clean and well stocked with towels. The kitchen included everything that we required for family meals. We particularly enjoyed the jacuzzi and the cozy seating area by the fireplace. The location is close to restaurants, shopping, the downtown area and the airport. It was the perfect house for our family get-together.

Comfy base for enjoying Grand Junction

Very comfortable house with quality furniture and well-equipped kitchen. Lots of common rooms for a group to spread out. Top quality linens and towel. We were a group on a golfing trip. Our tired muscles appreciated the hot tub! Good location. ½ mile to a City Market and about a mile to downtown straight down 7th so lots of good restaurants were available. No reservations about his nice house.

Clean, Spacious, and Convenient

The location of the property was great for us. Our primary objective was to come in and visit with our daughter and son-in-law and got to the Palisade's Wine Festival. Location was very nice. Several places within walking distance (not the Wine Festival though ;-) ). The host was Very Responsive to questions and concerns and helped us navigate how to use the cooling system for several places in the area use a water/fan system to cool the residence. Host was helpful in understanding how to set it properly. We will look into renting this property next year for the Wine Festival.

Great house! Spacious and clean!

We loved the house! Very spacious and clean! There were 8 of us here for a family wedding. Every couple had a bedroom and the 3 bathrooms made it easy for everyone to get ready. We also had our little dog and the backyard was fenced, so easy when he needed to go out. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook. I would definitely recommend this house.

Perfect place for family!

Immaculate large house with everything you need for a great stay. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable lounging and dining spaces. Beautiful fenced in, private yard. Primary suite is incredible! 3 other bedrooms much smaller, so better for a family than for 2 or more couples. Large hall bath perfect for kids to share. Location is very close to grocery and lots of other stores and restaurants.
