Campanile - Coastal Realty Group

This nice beachfront home is located right on the beach. It is in the middle of the island . It has a very large living area and is perfect for large groups. The kitchen is fully furnished with dishes and pots. There is a sundeck facing the beach! Parking is limited at this camp.

This camp has WIFI, charcoal BBQ pit and Boiling Pot set up provided....renter may have to fill propane bottle or exchange at one of the local grocery stores.
NO PETS

Nearest golf cart crossing is across from Capital Lane crossover #12 (golf cart crossings are subject to change with little or no advance notice due to levee repair work on the island)
*Please note: some beach crossovers and beach areas may be closed due to construction of levee and restoration of beach. Our office has no control over these closings. There will be limited beach accesses during this time.

  • Sunset from Grand Isle State Park, near the southern tip of Louisiana. We didn't know you could drive 1.5 hours south of New Orleans, but you can to reach this beautiful state park. Grand Isle is mostly a summer community but it was sunny and warm and nearly empty for us in early March. The RV park was a great place to stay -- one of our favorites, right next to the beach and with nature paths nearby. We walked on the beach by day, and grilled burgers and sat by the campfire at night. Amazing experience

We have an annual gi getaway weekend scheduled every summer with a large group close friends that are basically family (5 families total. 8 adults & 10 kids ranging from ages 5-10). The pictures of the camp did not do this place justice! When we arrived, we weren’t expecting the place to be as spacious (judging by the pictures). It was a pleasant surprise! The 2 refrigerators and especially the ice maker were all HUGE bonuses for us!! The deck area was perfection!! The kids had their space to play and the us adults also had our area to hang out, but both were close enough to safely keep an eye out on them! Needless to say, our experience was amazing and we were extremely pleased with the camp. It was super clean, and was stocked with all the cookware/utensils & seafood boiling/fish fry pots and such. The booking, check in & check out process was also super easy! Many great and unforgettable memories were made on this trip, thank you for making it all happen! The camp was nice. Plenty of room for our group to spread out, and included most everything anyone would need. The only negative was the cleanliness of the camp. Dishes were found put away dirty (more than 1/2 of the silverware had visible food on them), the camp was overrun with flies the first day (until we killed them all), and the refrigerator had a strong fish smell. Other than that everything was nice. For the rate charged I would have liked it to have been cleaner.
