「This home is super cute and cozy, yet plenty of space. It met our needs perfectly. It was extremely clean, nicely decorated, and I was impressed by how well equiped the kitchen was if you are planning on cooking or baking at home. I would definitely stay here again.」

「A bit run down, the mattress downstairs bedroom is EXTREMELY HARD, uncomfortable! Need more blankets, only gave 1 roll of toilet paper for 2 days, had to go out and buy. Also the patio looks much different than the pics, there was an ashtray of cigarette butts that needed to be emptied. The check out instructions specify to used a designated laundry bag under kitchen sink, there was no bags. The bathroom sink drains very slow, and if you’re tall ,don’t stay here! The ceiling is very low! Tried...

「In searching for a home away from home to spend time with our adult child who lives here, Grand Forks really didn’t have that many options. This home was perfect for us to each have our own private bedroom and bathroom, and a shared area for meals and family time. Great location, very clean, and well stocked.」
