「Loved everything. Hotel, staff, room, food. Would definitely stay again.」

「This hotel is in a very convenient location. I am headed home today and there was beach construction which was a downside but it notes a new beach is coming which is good. The beach is steps from property and the free shuttle takes you to even more beautiful beaches as well as a bunch of other places. It is very convenient and the pick up was so easy and quick. The front desk staff was friendly, knowledgeable about things to do on the island and helpful, we only did the free breakfast once but...

「Grand Cayman Resortが見つからないと困ったが、実はHoliday Innだった。地図通りなのだが、Pinehurst Rd.からのアクセスは予想外の展開で弱った。私有地に入り込んだ気持ちになるが遠慮なく地図通りに進めばよい。誰かに尋ねるのがベスト。 コーヒー・テイーサービス、電気ポット、電子レンジあり。 シャワーのみ。 広く、ゆつったりとくつろげる。値段も値段だし。 ホテルの前は海、対岸のRum Pointが望める。」

「2泊3日の旅行。 空港からタクシーで20分ほど。夜中12時前に到着。 レストランもルームサービスも終了しており、ホテル内に売店もなし。部屋の冷蔵庫にも何も入っておらず、デリバリーピザを注文しようとしたらこちらも終了。ホテルの周りに店もなく何か購入してくればよかったと後悔しました。 ホテル内プールはありますが、メインビーチとは反対側にあり砂浜はないので、メインビーチやレストランエリアに行くには1時間に1本のシャトルバスかレンタカーをしないと楽しめません。 1泊目はベットメイクがされてなく、廊下には各部屋から出たゴミが置いてあったりと、清潔な印象はありません。2泊目も外出から戻っても掃除はされていなかったので、係りの人を呼んでタオルだけ取り替えてもらいました。 他の部屋からの音がとてもうるさく耳栓なしでは眠れないほどでした。 バスルームは広くバスタブがあるのはよかったです。 ホテル内レストランはサービスがよく美味しかったです。」
