「客室は豪華！ロフトがあるとは！」

「We traveled to celebrate my niece’s 21st birthday. It was a great choice. Safe, luxurious and convenient. The suite was clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and fresh. The property is right on the beach. The beach is rocky so I would recommend water shoes but even with them - try your luck. Everyone on staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. There were two people who went above and beyond - Ismael and Panceta. Ismael was attentive and greeted me every time I walked...

「Grand Cayman Resortが見つからないと困ったが、実はHoliday Innだった。地図通りなのだが、Pinehurst Rd.からのアクセスは予想外の展開で弱った。私有地に入り込んだ気持ちになるが遠慮なく地図通りに進めばよい。誰かに尋ねるのがベスト。 コーヒー・テイーサービス、電気ポット、電子レンジあり。 シャワーのみ。 広く、ゆつったりとくつろげる。値段も値段だし。 ホテルの前は海、対岸のRum Pointが望める。」

「2泊3日の旅行。 空港からタクシーで20分ほど。夜中12時前に到着。 レストランもルームサービスも終了しており、ホテル内に売店もなし。部屋の冷蔵庫にも何も入っておらず、デリバリーピザを注文しようとしたらこちらも終了。ホテルの周りに店もなく何か購入してくればよかったと後悔しました。 ホテル内プールはありますが、メインビーチとは反対側にあり砂浜はないので、メインビーチやレストランエリアに行くには1時間に1本のシャトルバスかレンタカーをしないと楽しめません。 1泊目はベットメイクがされてなく、廊下には各部屋から出たゴミが置いてあったりと、清潔な印象はありません。2泊目も外出から戻っても掃除はされていなかったので、係りの人を呼んでタオルだけ取り替えてもらいました。 他の部屋からの音がとてもうるさく耳栓なしでは眠れないほどでした。 バスルームは広くバスタブがあるのはよかったです。 ホテル内レストランはサービスがよく美味しかったです。」

「The staff were excellent. Tip: Alexia and Ella are not the same person although they give the same excellent service. The rooms were clean. The restaurant had very good food and drinks and the staff was highly attentive. The pool was warm and clean every single day. I have absolutely no complaints.」

「While the staff and the esthetics were nice, this hotel is grossly over priced. The resort fees are not worth the hype and they add an 18% gratuity to everything. The view from my room balcony was depressing and it was my birthday trip.」
