「Ich habe eine andere Wohnung bekommen als die, die ich gebucht hatte, weil mit dem Badezimmer etwas nicht in Ordnung war. Die Wohnung, die ich bekommen habe, war größer und schöner und lag im selben Stadtteil. An den Wänden war etwas Feuchtigkeit zu sehen, und da sie im Erdgeschoss lag, war es ziemlich dunkel. Sonst alles gut」

「The room, bathroom were not really cleaned properly as there was so much dust in the room,cupboards , the sink in the bathroom had a lot of stains, no means to clean the room were available no hoover or broom. The apartment wasn’t even the one I booked as it looked nothing like that. It was advertised with more than 1 bed but that wasn’t true, the living room looked nothing like then pictures and please don’t make me start with the check in process as the “receptionist “ did not speak English...
