「Fantastic last minute find after our initial booking was cancelled. We absoutley loved the little village of Bayfield. We enjoyed our early morning bike rides to Clan Gregor Square and Pioneer Park in the afternoon to watch the sunset. The cottage had everything we needed to make our stay away from home perfect. 「The property was enjoyed by many groupings of adult family and friends. Be it a visit for an afternoon or a multi-day stay, it was comfortable and well appointed. So much parking. An easy to use kitchen. Places to play games, relax, very comfortable. Laundry! So easy to get to the beach, an area with many birds and animals, and other attractions such as Bayfield and the Pinery. Only suggestions would be improved safety railing on inside stairs. Improved information about area and expectations...

「From the thoughtful inclusion of a mini bottle of bubbly and snacks, to the little treats for the drive home, the hosts went above and beyond our expectations. The cottage was very clean and tidy and the kitchen had all the appliances and tools that one would need to prepare meals. The traditional picnic basket was a very nice touch although we didn't use it. The location is perfect for exploring all that this region has to offer and the property is very close to a spectacular private beach....

「We had such a great weekend staying here. Everything we could’ve needed was available in the kitchen once we got our groceries. All spices, pots, pans, oils, sugar, even coffee was provided and it was enough for us as we only stayed for a weekend. The private beach area was perfect for the kids! We set up a little sun shelter, and the kids played in the sand in our own area. The water was too cold as we were there at the beginning of June, but it was still a perfect beach trip for us regardless....

「This property is a dog owners dream! Huge fenced backyard so you don't have to have your pup on leash all the time and we had access to a private beach which my bulldog loved. We used the beach daily and never ran into another person on it. The town of Bayfield has water bowls for dogs outside most shops and again our bulldog was welcome most places in town. All of this made vacationing with our dog really easy - which was initially a worry of ours when booking time away from home.」

「We had a great stay at this cottage on the river. We enjoyed the large kitchen and were able to cook an entire thanksgiving dinner for the five us there. We enjoyed walks down to the beach, sitting on the dock in the sun, and hiking in the nearby trails. The cottage was clean , the beds were comfy and it was a great place to relax and watch the sunset with a glass of wine.」
