"Shower doors weren't cleaned completely but the rest of the premises are fantastic! Great location. The host was more than accommodating and prompt and they were thoughtful enough to leave 2 robes for our comfort, which was greatly appreciated. My only suggestion: I get that it's winter and I'm a Canadian, but re: the hot tub is to maybe install a wall of some kind/wrap the 3 sides in winter to block the wind. I still enjoyed it in the blizzard! I also noticed that there wasn't a spare blanket in the room but I just turned up the heat and all was well. Overall I love the kiwi and will be back! "

"Host interaction can definitely be improved, as per host “they were unable to send messages on the app”. Driveway was unsafe - super slippery, slipped a few times myself, we had a year old baby but luckily no body got hurt and it took me almost 20-25 mins to get the car up. A couple of things that were not working at the property “ Wifi password didnt work, Refrigerator water and ice dispenser didnt workFire place didnt work- no remote”. Property is b’ful, hot tub was amazing. Thanks to host for the wine!!! Very welcoming."

"Overall this property is great. Correspondence with the host was reliable and access was easy. This property is very close to the beach and restaurants/shopping. The rooftop patio was fabulous, with plenty of seating options and bbq. The hot tub was large and very clean. The kitchen included all necessary dishes and appliances, and even some fun lighting. There is a small fenced in area which is great for dogs. We appreciated having 2 driveways with space for several cars. This cottage has 4 bathrooms which were all clean and modern. The garage has been converted to a games room which was an added bonus. Beds are very comfortable.I will add that the number of beds is a bit confusing in the property listing. It was perfect for our group, but to clarify, there are 5 bedrooms with 1 king or double bed per room. I would say the cottage very comfortably sleeps 10. However, there were 2 additional double mattresses available which could be laid down on the floor. A few minor repairs needed, but this is to be expected during busy summer season! We would definitely return, hopefully next summer. :) "
