The 3 bedroom Villa Navani is a combination of modern architecture with straight lines and contemporary style.
It is suited as much for couples, family or friends since each bedroom is independent from the living spaces and has a ensuite bathroom.
The large living spaces lounge, dining and kitchen area are in constant harmony with the exterior with large wooden openings or electric shutters – creating a pleasant living area. The lazy chairs and sunbeds outside provide a relaxing mode in spending time by the pool to enjoy the exotic lush garden.
The bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with each two double Queen size beds or two single beds which can be joined to make Queen size bed.
The authenticity and vibration of the place is conducive to make you unwind and provide unforgettable moments with family or friends
A tourist tax is excluded from the total amount - and will be charged upon arrival. The amount is 3 Eur/ night /person from 12 years of age

Location d'exception !
Nous ne pouvions rêver meilleure location pour nos 2 semaines de vacances à Maurice ! localisation optimale, confort exceptionnel pour cette grande villa avec 3 chambres climatisées, toutes les pièces ouvrant largement sur la piscine. Tout le confort moderne est présent, le mobilier et la déco sont authentiques et choisis avec goût. Une adorable femme de ménage, Vina, est présente chaque jour (ou moins selon demande) et peut réaliser, moyennant un modeste supplément, d'excellents plats mauriciens (elle nous a régalés 2 fois). Ariane, qui nous a accueillis très agréablement, nous a donné des tas de renseignements sur cette île que nous ne connaissions pas. Quant à Christophe, le propriétaire, il est disponible et très réactif au moindre problème. Vraiment, ce fut un séjour 5 étoiles à tout point de vue, et nous ne pouvons que recommander cette magnifique location !

Que du Bonheur ! rien ne Manque..peut-être vous même!...
Nous avons été merveilleusement accueilli par Ariane, qui a partage le "must to know" de la villa Navani, une Villa 3BDR.
Durant notre séjour, nous avons eu un petit cyclone "
Eleonora", mais nous nous sentions en totale sécurité.
Cette Résidence se trouve idéalement située, malgré notre véhicule de location, nous nous rendions à pied au Supermarché STORE 2000, (600m/8min) ou à la Plage de la Cuvette(1.2km/17min) nous avons même poussé notre marche au Centre Commercial "Coeur de Ville" avec son Super U (2km/28min.)
La Villa est très confortable, les pièces sont spacieuses et fonctionnelles.
La piscine fort appréciable à la rentrée de la plage.
Un PLUS TRES IMPORTANT , est que son propriétaire Christophe, n'hésite pas une seconde a se déplacer personnellement et régler immédiatement, un petit souci engendré par les forte pluie du Cyclone.
Comme traiter la résidence avec une entreprise ANTI-Moustique, ou intervenir pour un évier encombré ou une lumière piscine fatiguée.
Nous ne pouvons que recommandez très sincèrement cette villa, ainsi que les 2 autres de la Résidence. 4BDR ou 2BDR.
Rien ne manque, peut-être... que vous-même pour confirmer nos dires.

Très belle maison idéalement située
Très belle maison offrant de grands espaces ouverts sur la piscine. Tous les équipements sont de qualité et la literie est très bonne.
Elle est située à quelques minutes en voiture des belles plages des alentours de Grand Baie.
Le ménage est fait quotidiennement, et de succulents plats locaux peuvent être préparés par la femme de ménage extrêmement gentille et disponible.

Merveilleux
Nous avons séjourné 3 belles semaines à la villa Navani, un service 5 étoiles! nous avons eu une très bonne accueil à notre arrivée, Ariane nous a bien expliqué le bon fonctionnement des lieux. La villa est tranquille et très confortable, à part les lits qui étaient un peu dur à notre goût, la cuisine est bien équipée, il y a un petit kit de départ que je n'ai jamais vue dans d'autres locations, eau, beurre, oeufs, pain, café, thé, jus etc...la femme de chambre Veena était au petit soins avec nous, ménage 6 jours semaine, lavage, vaisselle, elle vous fait des repas Mauricien ou autres sur demande pour 12 eur un vrai deal! Une vraie perle et très transparente, il y a belle petite plage privée à 200m de la villa, il y a un petit passage entre deux maisons pour y accéder. Christophe le propriétaire est très gentil et toujours disponible pour vos questions, nous apprécié notre séjour, merci infiniment

Relaxing and wonderfull
We, a family of 6 people (two kids, two parents and two grandparents), stayed for 15 days at Navani villa.
It was a really wonderfull stay and we liked the spacious villa and the kids loved the pool at all times of the day.
Every day (minus sunday) the beds will be made, the floors wil be swept etc. by a very nice woman.
We hope to stay at this or one of the other two villas in the future when visiting family at Mauritius.

Magnifique villa
La propriété de Chris Pitot est en tous points conforme à la publication sur Abritel. Ariane nous a accueilli de façon professionnelle et charmante. Nous avons passé d'excellents moments dans cette maison malgré une situation exceptionnelle vu que nous nous sommes retrouvés en confinement au bout de 5 jours. Justement cette maison a été pour nous en cette période très compliqué un havre de paix et nous a permis d'oublier nos déboires, le soleil et la piscine ont été les bienvenus . Nous nous sommes promis de revenir dans cette villa quand la pandémie aura été enrayée car l'emplacement est juste parfait pour pouvoir découvrir l'île Maurice. Merci à Chris et Ariane pour leur gentillesse et leur aide, ,nous étions inquiets pour notre retour, ils ont veillé à ce que notre séjour ne soit pas stressant et ont organisé notre transfert à l'aéroport malgré le confinement total.
