Enjoy the very best Colorado has to offer! This 2Br 2Ba condo is the perfect place to stay year-round!

We are located 1 mile from downtown Granby, and 5 minutes from Granby Ranch Ski Resort. Granby is Located at the heart of Grand County, amidst so many of Colorado’s best destinations for outdoor exploration and fun! The condo is a short drive to Winter Park, Snow Mountain Ranch, Grand Lake and Rocky Mountain National Park! Enjoy easy access to Granby Ranch Resort, and it’s amenities including world class skiing and a newly remodeled hot tub and heated pool located at the base of the resort!! (Available to all guests for an extra daily charge.) The condo also offers another community hot tub within one minute of the condo at no charge to guests. The kitchen and condo are fully stocked for your stay, including items such as coffee, extra blankets and linens, and items for even the littlest members of the family such as a high chair, pack n play, toys and kid safe kitchen accessories.

Granby Stay

This 2nd floor apartment style home was a great vacation spot. It was located not too far from numerous activities. It had a very nice layout with plenty of space for our family. The kids enjoyed the games and toys that were conveniently located in their room. There were adequate resources for cooking/eating in our room. We especially enjoyed the cozy fireplace in the living area and blankets to snuggle up with. The host was especially easy to communicate with for the few questions we did have. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location!

We visited from out of state with our 3 kids for a skiing trip. The check in and out was very easy and accommodating. Everything was clean as well. Communication was great and timely. Definitely would recommend.

Great Granby Getaway

Our family enjoyed our stay here. The condo is well equipped and cozy. In snowy weather, the hot tub is a trek (we drove!) but an easy walk if not too cold/wet. The paid pool/hot tub is at the base of the ski hill and you will need to drive. The condo to the ski base is a few minute drive but easy! We’d definitely stay here again!

Perfect Location…

This condo is clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Great size for family of 4. Perfect location for any outdoor experience! Surrounded by beauty! The owners have thought of everything to make the stay even more enjoyable. We were just a few minutes from skiing at Granby Ranch. Less than 30 minutes to Winter Park where we rented / drove snow mobiles on the Continental Divide. Would recommend this condo and would definitely stay here again!

Very comfortable!

This place was our most comfortable and enjoyable places on our entire summer trip this year. The place was big enough for the four of us; the beds were very comfortable (maybe too comfortable as we wanted to take it home with us). Easy to find and the perfect location for all that we wanted to do in the area. Communication was excellent and responsive. Kitchen amenities were plentiful. Overall, it was one of the best VRBOs we have used. Thank you for a great stay!

Great retreat while in town.

Property was clean and well maintained. Living area was welcoming and comfortable. Great having g 2 bathrooms as well. Master bed was very comfortable , only downfall was no closet/dresser. Not too big of an issue for our 3 days but could see an issue longer stays. Kids room was cute although my adult son wasn't impressed. I think anyone under 18 will love it. Balcony was a great retreat and the birds there were a bonus. Would definitely stay again!

Great short stay

Nice place, clean, well furnished. Kitchen supplies a little sparse for long stay ( no crock pot, basic pans: 1 large, 2 small pots, 2 fry pans.) Owners are very responsive. Would stay again.

Perfect place for two adults and two kiddos, plenty of room, nice and toasty, close to hot tub, kitchen is well-stocked with all amenities needed, would definitely return!

Great stay!

The condo was beautiful, very cozy, and had plenty of room for the 5 of us. The host had great communication with all messages and was very helpful overall. We really enjoyed our stay and found this condo to be the perfect place for a long weekend.

Beautiful property close to Winter Park

The condo was just as described or better. Very clean and nicely furnished, and spacious enough for a family of four. We got there after dark, and relying on GPS it was a little bit challenging to find the right building, so i'd advise to check in in daylight, but the location was very nice and only 15 min from Winter Park. We enjoyed the fireplace and found some board games to play with the kids. The only thing was missing is that we couldn't find the hot tub that was listed so the kids were a bit disappointed, but we had a short stay so it wasn't a deal breaker. We'd definitely stay here again.
