Visit Rocky Mountain National Park in summer, hike along its gorgeous trails, and gaze up at its towering mountains above. Be sure to bring your bike as well, so you can ride against the wind and down the mountain paths for a rush of adrenaline. Also close by are four golf courses, three lake areas, the esteemed Winter Park Resort, and the relaxing Hot Sulphur Springs.
Back at this tidy condo, you'll have tons of options for spending your vacation the way you want to. Kick up your feet in the quaint living area equipped with colorful furnishings, or head into the kitchen and cook up something delicious for you and your friends. Settle down in front of the fireplace and warm up against the cold of a winter night with a cup of hot cocoa in hand. With a sofabed available on top of the two bedrooms, you'll have plenty of space to house everyone at this sweet getaway.
You'll also have a wealth of community amenities to rest and relax you, including a hot tub mere steps from the condo and a tennis court, pool, and gym just a ways up the hill at Granby Ranch Basecamp. There's also a ski locker located on the ground floor where you can store your bikes and ski equipment.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
