"We were in Granbury for the night. Liked the location and enjoyed our breakfast at the picnic table looking at the lake. Bed was comfy. Only thing missing was some place to hang our clothes. A hook or expandable arm would have been nice. "

"I was happy with the rooms and the quietness. It's a safe area the rooms are clean. I think they need to fix the pool though. It's cloudy and the hot tub has been broke for a while but on website it shows a working one. The price I paid was good. "

"We loved the location on the lake! Since it's in a canal, it was so fun taking taking out the kayaks and paddleboard (we brought our own), with no wake or worry about other boats. And the view from sitting in the hot tub 'lounge' seat is unbeatable! The house was wonderful, with the really large, fully stocked kitchen, as well as the nice bedrooms and bathrooms. We didn't use the other lodging outside of the main house, but it was so cute, and would be so great for anyone who doesn't need a restroom overnight. The location was nice and close to many restaurants, HEB,etc."
