Spectacular four-bedroom, three-bathroom apartment located on the iconic San Jerónimo Street, just three minutes on foot from the Granada Cathedral.

The spacious, open-plan living room features a modern, minimalist design, equipped with a comfortable sofa, coffee table, two armchairs, and a Smart TV. Natural light floods the space through a furnished terrace, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee outdoors.

The open kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, utensils, dishes, and cutlery, and includes a large dining area seating eight, ideal for family gatherings or homemade dinners.

The four bedrooms feature 1.60 m double beds, nightstands, and reading lights. Two of them have en-suite bathrooms for added comfort.

Located in the best area of Granada, the terrace offers views of the Cathedral’s tower. Close to shops and restaurants, and just twelve minutes by car from the Alhambra, this apartment offers a privileged location along with all the amenities for an exclusive and luxurious stay in Granada.

The booking of each Genteel Home accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or Whats App, and you can contract or refuse them. ** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.

great location

everything was smooth checking in and out. host was very responsive and helpful. we had an issue with the shower drain, and they fixed it that same day. We also requested a resupply of laundry pods, and they were nice to give us more. Overall, great host. Apartment unit was new and modern. There is no dryer, so you have to line dry outside the balcony. Its hot so that should not be a problem. The location is very good.... literally walking distance to several shops and sites....but its tucked in a quiet neighborhood street, just 2 blocks from the Market.
