This exclusive studio is located on the ground floor of a fully renovated building on Horno Marina Street, just steps from Granada’s Cathedral. The interior offers a perfect balance of style and comfort in one open space.

The bright main room is visually divided by two original columns, separating the sleeping area from the living space. The living area features a comfortable sofa bed, Smart TV, and decorative touches for a relaxing stay.

The modern open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with top-quality appliances and integrated with the dining area. The sleeping area includes two single beds measuring 90 x 190 cm for a restful night. At the back, the full bathroom has a walk-in shower and all essentials for your comfort.

Its privileged location between Plaza de la Trinidad and San Jerónimo Street places you in the historic heart of Granada, close to monuments, tapas bars, and cultural spots. Ideal for couples, business travelers, or weekend getaways.

The booking of each Genteel Home accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or Whats App, and you can contract or refuse them. ** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.

気になった点 : 清潔度、設備とサービス
Decor looked nice. Water dripping from ceiling on bed and carpet- had to move twice on 3 night stay. Back on 1st apt but carpet still wet and dirty. Washing machine flooded entrance and shower door broken- water all over bathroom floor. Bread wrappers found under bed- cleanliness not so good. Unhelpful staff that would not even call a taxi. Offered minimum discount. Not a pleasant stay at all.
