The entrance door gives access to a spacious living-dining room with an open-plan kitchen, completely renovated and modern. The living room has a comfortable corner sofa from which to watch television. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher... From the living room you can access the rest of the apartment, two luxurious bathrooms with shower and three bedrooms with two 90 cm beds each.
The apartment is in the center of the city , a few meters from Paseo del Salón and El Corte Inglés, it has an unbeatable location because it is close to everything and at the same time faces a semi-pedestrian street so it is very quiet at bedtime.
It is accessible by car to the portal without time restrictions and has a garage space for one car.
The apartment is on the first floor of a block without elevator, but you only have to climb two small flights of stairs ;)

Really nice apartment!

What a great place to stay. Light and airy. Great layout. Very clean. Good communication with owner. This is our fourth stop in Spain and this apartment has been my favorite.

Clean Condo Great Location

This condo met all our needs. It was clean and in walking distance of Alhambra and city. Check in and directions were easy and all questions were answered quickly.

Urtune was a fantastic host, she recommended some great places to eat, the appartment is in a quiet, central location, has everything you need to enjoy your stay in Granada. Very easy to walk to most sites. I would highly recomend staying here if you plan on visiting Granada.

Beautiful apartment in a great location

This apartment was perfect for our stay in Granada! It was completely immaculate and had everything we needed. The apartment is spacious and the bedrooms were very roomy with comfortable beds and lots of windows. It was in a great spot to walk all over Granada and it was an easy bus ride up the Alhambra. Our hostess, Urtune, was communicative, helpful and flexible and gave us some great local recommendations. Granada is a wonderful city to visit and this apartment is the perfect place to stay.

Very Clean, Great Location, Helpful Host

We enjoyed staying here very much. The location was great, and the apartment was exactly as described, if not even better. Some of us found the mattresses quite hard, and the TV did not work well. However, overall these were minor issues, as we wanted to see Granada, and this location was perfect for that. Host was punctual, parking was good (and close) considering the location in central Granada. Would stay here again.

Excellent Property and Host

Great, secure location, quiet and easy short walk to city center. Very clean and comfortable furnishings. Everything worked and was as it should be for a 5 star rating. Host responded quickly to all questions, and communication was easy and pleasant. There was a secure parking garage about a 15 min walk from the apartment and the host arranged and sent a scan code that made easy to get in and out during our stay.

Perfectly satisfied in every respect. There was a very minor glitch with the parking situation and the host was all over that and fixed it perfectly. Clean, new feel to the suite and well located. The bedrooms are quite close to each other, so possibly not the complete separation that some might want, but overall excellent. Would highly recommend

Perfect location and wonderful host!

Our host was so wonderful- I had some difficulty with the parking garage (my fatigue from traveling). She met me, helped me drop off my luggage, helped with the garage, it was perfect. My 31 year old and I walked everywhere and had a superb time. Thank you so much!

Quick vacation for the New Year

This apartment is wonderfully located and very clean. Urtune contacted us ahead of our rental date to provide information and parking. She met us at the apartment on New Year's Eve to give us the key and quickly answered texts when we had questions about the apartment. The free parking is a great addition! Our only complaint about the whole trip was that the beds were a bit hard for our liking, but that's a personal preference. Thanks for a great trip, Urtune!

Great location, comfortable accommodation

The apartment is fabulous. Very spacious and clean, with everything we needed for our visit to Granada. All 3 bedrooms were a good size, and both bathrooms were huge with big walk-in showers. The location was phenomenal. Within walking distance to all of the attractions in town and close to restaurants and El Corte Ingles. The parking was close by and easy to get to. Urtune was very nice and accommodating, helping us with alternate directions to a spot nearby the apartment where we didn't have to drive on the narrow streets directly in front of the building. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Granada.

Nice apartment

This is a spacious, bright, and clean apartment that is an easy walk to several good bars and restaurants. You can also walk to the Alhambra from here. Urtine is a great host. We enjoyed being able to do some laundry in the middle of a two-week trip. There was some nighttime noise from the street and stairwell, but it didn’t last long. The beds and pillows were much more firm than what we’re used to, but otherwise this is a good spot.

She provided information when asked and responded when there were questions regarding how some of the appliances worked. Great stay in Granada

Spacious, light and clean corner apartment with balconies in a convenient location to enjoy all that Granada has to offer. You can walk everywhere - though it was a hot walk up to the Alhambra! Urtune was very helpful at every stage & checkin and out process was straightforward and parking was fine and secure. Having two shower rooms & a washing machine and dishwasher was great with 5 of us. We only stayed a couple of nights - we thought it could be limited for cooking if you were there longer - best to go out to try the numerous fab options available! Though as others have said some wine glasses would be a welcome addition 😊

Excellent apartment in excellent location

This three bedroom apartment is beautiful and clean.The host, Utune, was very responsive and helpful. Our questions for her through vrbo were answered promptly. The location is good with a grocery store just steps away and a beautiful park right around the corner. Plenty of bars and restaurants within 5-10 minute walk. The beds are comfortable, the appliances are newer and the bathrooms modern. Our only challenge was understanding the washer/dryer (there were five operating manuals for it in a kitchen drawer in 17 languages but neither Spanish nor English). Lots of communication with Utune finally resulted in success, but If you plan to use it, make sure you get good detailed instructions when you arrive. Granada is beautiful. Wish we had scheduled more than two nights.
