This beautiful one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment is located on Calle Mesones, one of the most iconic and commercial areas of Granada. Situated in a fully restored historic building, it retains the traditional Andalusian style in its facade while offering all the modern comforts for a comfortable stay.

The apartment features a very bright living room equipped with a double sofa bed, a 50" Smart TV, side table, chairs, and a dining area for four guests. The kitchen, open to the living room, is fully equipped for both short and long stays. From the three balconies in the living room, you can enjoy views of Calle Mesones and Placeta de Santo Cristo.

The master bedroom has a 160 x 200 cm double bed, a spacious built-in wardrobe, and two balconies overlooking Calle Caldereros. The bathroom, also exterior, includes a modern shower and its own balcony, which provides natural light and ventilation.

The apartment is air-conditioned in both the living room and the bedroom, and all the windows are double-glazed to ensure tranquility in the heart of the city. There is no elevator, as it is located in a historic building.

Its location is perfect for exploring Granada on foot. Just a few steps from the Cathedral, Alcaicería, Plaza Nueva, and Gran Vía, and surrounded by restaurants, shops, and typical tapas bars. It is an ideal choice for those seeking an elegant, central, and authentic accommodation in Granada.

Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
