新しくて美しいガチ。グラナダ中心部の歴史的なユダヤ人地区のレアレホに位置し、アルハンブラ宮殿から徒歩7分、ヌエバ広場とアルバイシンから5分です。 2階には非常に明るく、すべての外観と個別の部屋があります。 とても静かです。 1日あたり12ユーロの同じ住所にオプションの屋根付き駐車場があります。
2番目のシルバーに位置するアパートメントには、ワードローブ、リビングルーム、バスルーム、設備の整ったキッチンが備わったベッドルームがあります。 すべての部屋は外観で非常に明るい。 エアコンと暖房が備わっています。 市内中心部にあるにもかかわらず、宿泊施設は非常に静かな通りにあり、普通に休むことができます。エレベーターを備えた建物。

Exelente ubicacion,aunque un poco dificil para aparcar. Nos quedamos 5 dias y lo que me falto fue cafe y azucar ,solo habia te y sal que estaba compactado el paquete. Me faltaron esos pequeños detalles. No tiene horno.Lo demas muy bien el espacio. Solo era para desayunar ducha dormir ya que esta en un muy buen punto para ver el casco antigua.Lavadora pero tuve que comprar un paqute de jabon porq no habia.

Great place to stay for a month. Clean and comfortable. Quiet area, with easy walk to centro. Host gave clear directions for picking up the keys, which were located a few minutes away (walking).

Excellent!

Highly recommended! Apartment was clean, spacious, comfortable. Perfect location near restaurants, bars, attractions and transport. Groceries just around the corner and a friendly panaderia just down the street. Retrieving the keys was no problem. Many thanks to Antonio!

Fine place to stay

An excellent apartment, comfortable and clean and an easy walk to the city center. Getting the keys from another location was okay for us, but for a single person it could be annoying to carry luggage to and fro because there is no place to leave it. Otherwise everything was great.

Great location

Great location, walkable to all major sites, especially places to eat. Great old section with lots of winding streets; only caveat was no “apt book” that provided wi-fi, restaurant recs nearby, sites to see or suggestions on what to do given apt location. We figured all that out ourselves and the apt contact send wifi details; had to go to a different location to get keys, but apt contact was very detailed in directions and we had no issue getting into apt. Water pressure was great; bed mattress was a bit too stiff for my back, but otherwise great apt for our needs which were basic- good running water, good sheets and central location.

We loved the quiet local feel of the neighborhood. Easy to walk to both the old district and the shopping district. There were little cares and squares around each corner that were fun to visit.

Nice place to base travel in Granada

Detailed instructions for check in though a little challenging since we arrived at night and during semana santa, so lots more walking than originally anticipated due to road closures. Very clean and good location.

Good location

This apartment is in a great location, and the beds and pillows are fantastic. Everything was great, except the check-in process is a bit confusing because you have to pick up the keys from a different location. That can be frustrating after a long day of traveling and with luggage in tow. But Antonio gives great directions as to how to retrieve the keys. Be aware: your map app may not show the streets if you are “driving”- if you can’t drive cars on that street it won’t show on the map until you are right in the area (at least that’s the way my google maps worked)

Great for a short stay

Clean, great location and perfect for a short stay in a very interesting area of Granada, very near buses for Alhambra. Check in a bit complicated if you don’t have a European phone number, in which case it’s best to contact owner beforehand to get instructions for key retrieval.

bad bedding

Confirmed 4 people were staying. Only the "main bedroom" had full bedding available. No sheets or pillows for single bed and only one blanket. Had to use small sofa pillows and rolled up clothing for pillows. Used clothing and towels for warmth. Sent manager a message & didn't hear back. Went back to separate location where key was to be picked up in hopes that someone would be there to assist. There wasn't. Over the course of several weeks, I stayed in 3 different locations in Granada and 2 in Portugal, and comparatively, this particular experience would be rated 1 or 2 star. While the space and location was nice, lack of timely communications and poor hospitality and no resources for one's comfort (blanket or comforter), was very poor.

Gute Lage

Die Lage ist gut für einen Aufenthalt, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuss zu erreichen. Supermarkt, kleine Geschäfte, Restaurants Cafes und Bars gibt es in der Nähe. Es ist auch relativ ruhig in der Strasse. Leider hatte ich ein paar sehr kalte Nächte. Ich habe warme Decken im Schrank gefunden und mir sehr lange überlegt ob ich die benutzen will. Der Schlüssel ist über einen Safe in der Umgebung zu holen und abzugeben. Das ist umständlich wenn man allein mit Gepäck unterwegs ist. Bei einem längeren Aufenthalt will man auch mal putzen. Der Besen ist völlig ungeeignet da er nur Staub aufwirbelt. Der Eigner sollte mal einen Profi zum putzen einstellen, da gibt es viele Ecken die gerne übersehen werden beim putzen. Das Fenster im Bad muss unbedingt immer geöffnet bleiben. Mich wundert das diese Wohnung keine einzige negative Bewertung hat, das haben nicht mal 4-Sterne-Hotels. Alles zusammen: es gibt noch Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten.
