  • Former sheepfold restored in villa with vaulted dining room, large garden with views of the village of Grambois perched on the hill. The villa is very well exposed to the sun and benefits from a very pure air. In summer the cool nights allow a very good rest. At the Moulin du Pas roundabout a few minutes' walk away, there is a bakery, a grocery store, a pharmacy and two restaurants. In the garden there is a boules court for pétanque, and next to the house is an above-ground swimming pool 4.88 m in diameter and 1.20 m deep.
