Um excelente hotel bem localizado no centro de gramado. Limpeza ok. O único problema é que a cama que nos oferecerem não foi no padrão do hotel, dormimos mal, colhão horrível. Obs: os atendentes são anti_práticos. Parecem que trabalham infelizes... Precisam melhorar muito no atendimento ao cliente. Café da manhã maravilhoso.

Hotel maravilhoso destaque pro pianista Tiago que torna as noites de quinta-feira sexta e sábado um espetáculo a parte. O café é muito bom porém passamos 5 dias e tudo igual inclusive os bolos de cenoura e a nega maluca ambos servidos 5 dias seguidos podiam diversificar.Agua da piscina morna quase fria longe de ser uma água de piscina térmica. No mais tudo excelente!!

O hotel é muito bom, mas fui pega de surpresa pela troca de um cano enquanto tomava banho. Fiquei por 1 hora com shampoo no cabelo, dentro do banheiro, até terminarem o conserto. Ninguém avisou antes que esse serviço seria feito naquele horário, também, ninguém teve iniciativa para me oferecer outro quarto ou qualquer compensação. Só ouvi: sentimos muito. Um erro lamentável.

Razoável, uma reforma no quarto ao lado do nosso, com furadeira e muito barulho. Nos corredores também, deveriam colocar placas pedindo silêncio. Não só para os hóspedes mas também para as camareiras. No corredor em frente à porta do nosso, um pai deitado no chão fazendo bagunça com filho.
