Drive and park around back of the house. A well lit pathway up the stairs will lead to your entrance with a smart lock, you will be provided your personalized code at check in.
Other things to note
➤ Long-Term Stays: For stays of 30 nights or more, guests are required to sign a standard lease agreement per local regulations. This will be sent after booking and must be completed before check-in.
➤ Pet fee: There's $100 pet fee per pet up to 25 lbs. Additional charges will apply if more than 25 lbs. A maximum of 2 pets is allowed. Please be advised that, as part of our house rules, any dogs left unattended in the unit/house must be securely caged or crated.
➤ Security: For your security, there is one external doorbell camera at the front of the house that operates via motion detection.
➤ Shared Spaces: Your apartment is completely private. Please be mindful of other guests you may encounter in the shared building hallway.
➤ Last-Minute Bookings: For reservations made within 48-72 hours of arrival, our standard check-in time is 7 PM. Please let us know if you need to check in at our usual 4 PM time, and we will do our best to accommodate.
➤Starter Supplies: We provide a complimentary starter kit of essentials (shampoo, soap, toilet paper) for your convenience upon arrival. These are not intended to last for your entire stay.
