This spacious and updated home offers the traveling family a true respite. A newly designed kitchen awaits you, with all new appliances, dinnerware and silverware. Three inviting and comfortable bedrooms await you and your family. The chaise lounger in the living room allows for quiet relaxing or reading time.

The Location:
This modern ranch home is located in a peaceful, yet central residential neighborhood. Downtown Grafton, with its riverfront park, hip restaurants, and numerous cafes is just a 5 minute stroll away. Quaint and interesting Cedarburg is just a 5 minute drive. I-43 is just a 3 minute drive, for those heading to Milwaukee, or Concordia University.

Accessibility:
This is a ranch home, without staircases, and just one step to the threshold. This is an ideal property also for older guests. There is ample parking space, and a large yard for children to play in.

Our family was in town for a graduation and this house was so much better than staying in a hotel! Plenty of room for our family, well stocked kitchen and very very comfy beds! It’s close to town and restaurants too.

Clean home with lots of amenities, in a great location. Great communication with home owner. We liked that it was only a few blocks from Grafton Ale House and the river. Also close to I-43 for easy travel.

This is a wonderful home, close to all amenities. Grafton and Cedarburg are great places to visit. The home was clean, spacious, and well stocked for cooking. We enjoyed our stay very much.
