"The quaint hotel
Is a little gem. The staff is amazing, very helpful and attentive. A special mention to Frankie who was so informative and provided excellent customer service. The hotel was very clean and had all we needed to make our stay very enjoyable. The location is great. Well connected to local attractions and beautiful beaches by public transport. Worth while to buy a flexi ticket for unlimited travel which also includes the ferry crossing (we took the catamaran which departs from...

As you disembark from the ferry to Gozo, you simply walk up the hill to this historic place. Immediately, the Front Desk personnel provide you with bus schedules, special event information, and so many other tips!

Lovely old-style hotel with lots of atmosphere. Very welcoming -huge room that was very comfortable, and the evening meal in their restaurant was excellent in all courses - the roast lamb with rosemary particularly good, and my partner had veal which was also great. Huge portions of deserts as well!
We had an excellent Delicata wine made from local Gozitan grapes.
The breakfast next morning was also excellent and as much as you could eat!
The perfect stay and i wish we could have stayed...

This is my favourite hotel in the whole world, and it is always lovely to return to. Blissfully quiet and relaxing ,with great swimming pools and a brilliant spa-pool which is surrounded by sandy-coloured rocks and lovely foliage. This time of year the bouganvilia, hibiscus and oleander flowers are in full bloom. Food is also great ,and breakfast underneath the giant old carob tree is simply the best!

We have been coming to the Hotel for many years now. Since our children were small and they enjoyed it then. We did not return to Malta for awhile but when we did and it was time to visit Gozo again we wanted to try the Calypso Hotel. We did and have now come back at least twice a year for several years now for special occasions and just getting away for a few days. The Hotel staff is polite and helpful, the rooms very clean and we love the locations on the sea. The food has been good as...

This is hotel is extraordinary. Set right in the center of Valletta, you cannot ask for a better location. As soon as you open it’s doors you feel the tranquility of this perfect hotel. A renovated palace, meticulously maintaned it’s the perfect spot to explore Malta. Our suite was spacious, with a comfortable bed, two renovated batrooms - perfect for an extended stay. Staff was attentive and helpful in every way. A special mention to Sandra, whose recommendations were right on point. Her help...

9-night stay in February. It's a well-run hotel with good service in a happening area. About 50 restaurants within a 10-minute walk. Very comfortable bed in a soundproofed room which kept out the late-night feral cat noise overture serenading the neighborhood. A bonus was an alcove for a window affording a half-view of Spinola Bay for no extra charge. A shortage of electrical outlets in the room was remedied upon request by delivery of a power strip by hotel staff within the hour. A 7-day...

This is a beautiful hotel over all.
The property is fantastic.
The service is terrific.
The breakfast was amazing.
The beds however are horrific.
It’s like laying on a blanket covered slab of concrete.
Hotels are in the business of sleep and should make comfort a number one priority.
It’s like dipping a white table cloth in mud.
The beds need to be replaced with something of real quality, like Hästens Beds, to match the beauty of the Hotel.
