We stayed here to be close to Goyang Stadium where Coldplay was performing. It was a 12minute walk to the stadium which was PERFECT after the show. The room was incredibly nice and we got a corner room with a wrap around balcony which was a nice surprise. Would absolutely stay here again if I were visiting Goyang!

A good accommodation experience, with not many breakfast options but still acceptable. The barbecue restaurant on the ground floor is excellent, but you need to walk 5-10 minutes to find more restaurant choices nearby

The staff at check-in were friendly and very helpful. However, the other staff was sloppy. For example, I asked her to store my luggage before check-in, but she only told me the location of the place to store it, and she didn't show me to the place or tag it. I was disappointed that she handled it with a very sulky look on her face.

Great but dusty.

The hotel and staff were really amazing. Everything was easy and made us care free. We enjoyed our trip. However, the room and hallway on our floor were extremely dusty. So, if you have allergies I wouldn't recommed the floor we stayed on. Everything else was very clean.

It is a great place to stay if you need to go to Kintex convention center. I had a little accident (accidentally tripped and fell) in my room, staff was very nice in helping me to get medical help…..One drawback about this hotel is it is kind of far from the city. The metro station at Kintx is still under construction. The closest metro station is about 15 minutes walking.

I stayed here because I was attending an event at Kintex and it's close. The hotel is ok, but not great. The room was clean and checkin and checkout was efficient. The bed was hard as a board and it was impossible to adjust the room temperature. It was set quite hot (26 degrees Celsius). I ended up having to sleep with the balcony door open so that I didn't boil. But that then made it noisy.

Extra $50-60 nearby Sono Calm is worth the money. Stay there! The bed at Kintex is hard as rock, you mind as well sleep on the floor. The carpet was dirty, small bathroom, wall papers were coming undone,… overall not a pleasant feeling

great location to attend Kintex events, free parking, 5 min walk to Kintex and many good restaurants Room is very tight, it is like Japanese hotel, not western hotel standard. Biggest problem is the bathroom, very small and tight. Worst is shower has no door, so you need to clean bathroom floor after each shower. I will still recommend this hotel because of location for Kintex
