Staff were super helpful when we encountered an issue and our room was well made up each day with an assortment of breakfast options for our room"

"Clean comfortable be and linen. No desk to work on or eat in. Asked to be moved to room with desk (I should have checked when booking). Staff went out of their way to physically search for one and gave me one night there, as it was booked for the other nights I was staying. Paint peeling off bathrooms with some stains on wall. Booked with work credit card but was told that I had to use my personal card to pay upfront. So more paperwork for me."
