Holiday Home in Bénodet with Pool & Beaches

Wonderfully quiet holiday home with swimming pool, near a popular resort. The 2500 square meter garden house is just outside the small community in a small residential area. You can relax on the numerous sun beds around the spacious swimming pool. In a few minutes you can reach the first sandy beach on the picturesque beach boulevard of the lively seaside resort of Bénodet, as well as great cafes, restaurants and various shops. The seaside resort impresses with its idyllic location at the mouth of the Odets, which is considered by the Bretons as the most beautiful river in France. You have the choice between different fantastic sandy beaches, sporty with waves overlooking the Atlantic or with shallow surf along the Corniche, the beautiful beach promenade. Numerous palm trees, both here and in your garden, witness to the mild climate of South Finistère.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Youth groups not allowed. The fireplace / stove shown in the photos cannot be used, it is only used for decoration. Non smoking accommodation. No dog allowed. not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Charging of e-vehicles not permitted

Beautiful home with everything you need and more

The house is really great!! The pool is nice, yard perfect, house is more then big enough. We stayed with 4 adults and 2 teens in the age of 14. The inventory is excellent. More then brought for everybody. The are multiple fruit trees in the yard. Enough places with sun or shadow. The house itself is in a neighborhood. It’s a quiet location. You really need a car to go to the store. There is nothing on walking distance. For us it was not that big problem. We had 2 very nice weeks
