「Renovierte Zimmer sind nicht renoviert, sondern nur teilweise bis gar nicht (ausgebrochene Türrahmen...). Total überteuert für diesen Zustand. Hotel lebt wohl im wesentlichen von übergebührlich engagierten und freundlichen Mitarbeitern, die bemüht sind Kundenbeschwerden zu handeln. Mitarbeiter wären in besser geführten Hotels besser aufgehoben. 」

「Location, unparalleled! The room was clean and comfortable, even with a small balcony where we shared wine and cheese after a 6 mile walking day. Staff accommodating, we arrived early by train and by luck our room was ready. As is always the case in these older guest houses the layout is not cookie cutter. We actually had a small dining table and chairs, small fridge (not sure all rooms do), and a comfortable bath. The town was lovely / I am so glad we came.」

「I booked and paid with hotels.com but the hotel didn't accept it and asked me to pay. It was late at night and I had no option but to pay. I am trying to get the refund but the hotel doesn't repkt to the emails from expedia... why is it listed up on hotela.com then?」
