All staff I interacted with were very friendly and knowledgeable. Special call out to Jack in the bar and Marrin. Both made us feel welcome and we're helpful.

2 Bedroom House with the Caledonian Canal at rear.
We had a wonderful stay. Mo was fantastic, checking in and making sure we were comfortable. Inverness is also lovely and the house was right in the middle of where we needed to be. Everything was easy to operate in the house and we slept well and enjoyed ourselves.

Property was good value, bed very comfortable. Nice warm house. Shared kitchen / livingroom very clean and modern. When I arrived there was mould around base of shower so I put bleach on it and cleaned it, This should have been done by cleaner. The electric shower needs replaced as its intermittent. ...
