「This place is running a bait and switch operation. We booked a room for 5 people, since the listing said there were 5 beds and it could accommodate up to 10 people. But when our group of 5 (2 adults and 3 children) showed up, they were told they get 1 room with 1 bed. Our group was then repeatedly harassed until we paid for another room in order to not have all 5 in 1 bed. 「This is definitely a tranquil haven set amongst a city of contrasts. The team were attentive went out of their way to ensure my stay was relaxing, enjoyable and any needs/requests were promptly and efficiently dealt with. 「Need overall repair 」

「There was no hot water at the property. No sugar or milk was available on arrival. Owner was contacted multiple times on however messages were being read but no response. The staff tried to assist however as the owner was not available they were limited with what they could do.a refund was also requested for part of the stay due to the issues however the owner again did not respond」

「I was not able to stay here. The hotel was not where it said it was and did not exist. I tried to contact Expedia but just got circular bot garbage and disconnection. Finally Expedia just ghosted me. Never did they offer any other accommodation or my money back. And once disconnected, even though they knew definitively I could not stay there, it was though my problem vanished, and they made no further effort to compensate me in any way.
