Toowoomba Valley Views by Tiny Away is a peaceful farm stay nestled in the scenic countryside of Meringandan. Our tiny home is surrounded by the delightful towns of Highfields, Goombungee, and Toowoomba, each offering its own unique charm.

Just minutes away, enjoy the magical blooms of Laurel Bank Park or share a sunny picnic in the tranquil beauty of Jubilee Park. Whether you're after a weekend retreat or a longer getaway, Toowoomba Valley Views is a true gem among holiday homes, perfect for reconnecting with nature and loved ones.

A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home perched high above with breathtaking panoramic views of rich native forests, all with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet, hand basin, and gas-heated shower.

IMPORTANT NOTE: There will be animal and farmyard noise during your stay with us. For light sleepers, we recommend bringing earplugs for a well-rested stay.

Guest Access:
We highly encourage campfire cooking and have provided all the essentials for a hassle-free experience, including equipment, recipe books, and easy-to-follow instructions to help guests make the most of outdoor dining.

Toowoomba Valley Views by Tiny Away sits in the heart of Meringandan, 2 hours drive from Brisbane. This charming tiny house offers the perfect rural retreat, surrounded by rolling hills and natural beauty. Just a short drive away, the towns of Highfields and Toowoomba invite you to explore their boutique shops, cozy cafés, and delicious local fare.

The region offers plenty to explore — from the quiet charm of Goombungee with its local amenities and welcoming pub, to the scenic beauty of Highfields Peacehaven Park and the historical Highfields Pioneer Village. Meringandan is perfect for generous country-style meals, while Laurel Bank Park and Jubilee Park in Toowoomba provide peaceful escapes surrounded by gardens and greenery.

Getting Around:
By car:

1. From Brisbane, 2 hrs, and 10 mins to nearest town, Goombungee.
2. It is reachable by 2WD

By public transport

Bus to Highfields, train to Toowoomba, we can organise collection from either place. Taxis are limited. 20-minute drive to Highfields, 30-minute drive to Toowoomba station.

Other Things to Note:
- Pet-friendly accommodation
- No smoking allowed on the property
- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed
- Guests are invited to feed our animals with prior notice from the host
- We would like to advise guests that longer check outs have an additional charge
- Pets can stay for $20 per pet per stay, with 24 hours’ prior notice. Please keep pets on a leash at all times. The complete policy will be sent before your arrival.

Farm guidelines

- Remember to shut the gates before entering and leaving the paddocks
- We have resident cows and horses, Shetland ponies, goats, and chickens
- Keep a safe distance from pets and farm animals as they are easily agitated
- Please do not enter animal paddocks or yards without the land host's permission

Important note:

- BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property
- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain our cassette toilet and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
