「Ruhige Umgebung. Ab 23 Uhr keine Zufahrt mehr zu den Unterkünften somit kein unnötiger lärm. Negativ: keine Haken für Handtücher, weder im wc noch in den duschen. Die Betten sind leider zu weich.Vorsicht bei den heißen Monaten! Nicht alle Villen sind mit Klima ausgestattet. Zufahrtsschranke per Kennzeichenerkennung. 」

「Location was great. Chalet was well equipped with comfortable living space. Relaxing and chilled resort. Beds did not match the rest of the decor. They were low quality and not comfortable. Also the checkout regime of stripping the beds was a bit backpacker esque. Considering otherwise a quality resort. Last point, dog owners. Contrary to online description there are very few places within walking distance to walk a dog. Except along the road.」

「Lage und Unterkunft wunderschön. Leider nicht alles ordentlich sauber. Zu wenig Handtücher. Im Nebengebäude leider sehr schmutzig und gar kein Toilettenpapier vorhanden. Matratze war voller Sand und lauter Laub im Zimmer 」

"仕事で5泊利用しました。中央駅から隣にあるホテルのため、すぐに見つけることが出来ました。立地がいいので、どこに行くにも便利でした。駅が隣なので騒音を心配しましたが、窓が二重になっていたので列車の音はほとんど気になりませんでした。特に気に入ったのはバイキング形式の朝食です。クロワッサンは特においしく、毎日いただきました。また出張があれば利用したいと思います。"

"空港の到着ホール内(Arrival. Departure 3.4 側)に、CitizenMはこちらという案内板があります。いったん外に出ますが、屋根のある歩道を通って２−３分で行けました。夜、早朝でしたが、人や車は通っていて、危ない感じは無かったです。部屋の照明や温度は付属のiPadで制御します。私の部屋のは充電が切れていて作動しませんでした。スタッフに伝えると、すぐに交換してくれました。外の音はほとんど気にならないです。スタッフはどなたも感じ良かったです。部屋の写真からわかるように、トイレはガラスはありますが丸見えなので、1室2人での使用は、気にならない方同士ならば良いと思います。"

"周辺は住宅地の為、アムステルダムの華やかさをイメージしているとギャップがあります。周りには飲食店は全くなく、最寄りのトラムからホテル迄歩きましたがグーグルマップが間違っているのではと疑うほどで　本当にホテルがあるのか不安でした。ツアー客向け施設で　ベストウエスタンの名前はついていますが個人客が予約するにはお勧めしません。"

"アムステルダム市内なので、近代的な建物ではないけれど、スタッフの対応や部屋の清潔さはとても素晴らしく快適でした。近くに美術館やカフェ、レストランも多くここに５泊して、ハーグ、ユトレヒト、ザーゼンスカンスなど30分〜1時間で簡単に移動出来ました。とても満足な旅行でした。"
