「This was a great stay for us, just outside of Halifax. The owner was great to deal with regarding check in / check out. The place itself is 100% stocked with all you need for your stay. Shower and bed was perfect with plenty of space in the living area. Short 10 min walk to the ferry over to Halifax (which we did both nights). Highly recommend!!」

「This is a nice big unit in a lovely area with a nearby walking trail around the lake. However, guests should be aware there are quite a few stairs to get into the unit and they have no railing. If you're carrying luggage up and down the stairs, it can be dangerous. 」

「Lovely property that well suited our needs, very comfortable beds and a well equipped kitchen. Only issue was the parking as it is a small area off the main driveway on the front lawn. Best access is via the main drive because of the deep curb from the road, which I definitely did not want to attempt in a rental. "Loved this hotel! Great location, friendly staff, and overall a really satisfying experience. I had a relaxing stay. The room was spacious. I used the sofa bed, but since it was placed near the air conditioner’s vent, it was a bit chilly. However, I asked the hotel staff for a blanket, and they kindly provided one, so it was fine. The view from the window faced the building across the street, but if you looked at an angle, you could catch a glimpse of the ocean. Overall, the room was clean, the hotel staff were friendly, and I had a very pleasant experience. I’d love to stay here again. Next time, I’d like to book a room with an ocean view."
