Escape the constant distractions and stresses of city life with simplicity at this quaint beach retreat, within meters of the sea! Replace your alarm with the chirping of the birds and the sound of the waves.

Located right across the road from Ninety Mile Beach, you can hear the waves as you sit in the living room. The area is surrounded by untainted bushland and endless virgin seashores- perfect for hiking, fishing, surfing, and reading or simply spending time with your family and friends.

Can comfortably accommodate up to 7 guests, making it perfect for large groups, or extended families, containing 3 queen-sized beds and one single bed split over three bedrooms. A large kitchen is equipped with essentials (pots, pans, cutlery, toaster, fridge, coffee machine, blender, microwave) along with a lounge room containing a large suite and Smart-TV.

WIFI IS NOT AVAILABLE making this a good opportunity to detox from social media and work emails.

There is a wood fired heater to keep you warm as well as a split cycle air-conditioning in the living area. However, the summer breeze can easily be felt through the large windows and a fireplace helps keep things cozy in the winter. Our cottage has fair bit of open space to bring the nature close to you.

Basic toiletries and condiments will be provided: toilet paper, soap, body wash, shampoo, instant coffee, and tea. However, for longer stays you may need to bring your own supplies.

The surrounding area is quiet and rather laid back. The house is about a five minute walk from the town centre containing a general store (supplying basics such as milk, bread, and ice cream), a fish and chips shop and a cafe.

IT IS RECOMMENDED TO ARRIVE WITH GROCERIES AND DRINKING WATER. The nearest supermarket is in Sale - a 25 minute drive from the cottage.

Perfect Location

This property was perfect for our stay. Great location, 3mins walk from the beach. We were lucky enough to see some Kangaroos down the road too. A great place to stay. We hope to be back again.

Excellent three bed house with everything provided (except linen, you have to bring that). Spotlessly clean, all amenities, Great beds, heaters in all rooms, opposite the beach. Highly recommend. About 30 k from Sale.

Great location, close to beach

Clean and spacious, 2 min walk to beach. Property manager very responsive when messages sent. Only slight negative was no curtains, only blinds, in master bedroom but this didn't spoil our stay

Amazing location & immaculately clean

Well what a fabulous getaway! I think this has got to have been one of the most enjoyable getaways, and up there with one of the most clean places I’ve stayed in which made it perfect. Having no wifi was really not an issue for us at all (although Vodafone has no mobile coverage in that region either - FYI but Telstra does) as the beach is literally across the road. Lots of mozzies outside but insect screens meant we could leave the doors open and not worry about being bitten which was perfect as we could hear the waves in the lounge. The communication with the property manager was great and every detail thought of such as DVD’s for kids, games to play and some handful of books to read. A bottle of wine & chocolates added a nice touch. I would definitely return and stay here for a quiet escape. Perfect for travelling with kids!
