「The property was beautiful. Everything yoiu would need was provided. It was off the beaten path so very quiet and woodsy. Our group of 9 were high school buddies (50 years ago) having our yearly golf trip. Several golf courses within 15 min and after a round of golf in the warm weather, the pool was a life safer. Everyone staying there said the accomodations were beyond their expectations.」

「We stayed here a month while in between homes. On moving day we arrived in the evening exhausted and were so surprised to see this stunning property as we drove up. 「Perfect for us. We basically just needed a place to sleep.very comfortable, great shower and loved patio in front. No kitchen but did have coffee maker, microwave and frig. That was all we needed. Quiet at night and beds were very comfortable. Very clean and decorated very nicely.」

「Beautiful property and wonderful host. Close property was well maintained and provided beautiful areas for lounging and picnicking. Plenty of room beyond that for exploring and hiking. The host was gracious and spent some time talking to us, however was not invasive at all and afforded us plenty time to ourselves. 「Our party came into town for a weekend basketball tournament in Roseville. The interior of the house was clean and had been nicely updated. It was well temperature controlled and remained comfortable throughout our stay. After games on Saturday with the temperatures at 90+ the pool was awesome for our teens to cool off in while the parents enjoyed the deck area. The owners were prompt on all communications and accommodating to our needs.」

「We had a family reunion with 21 people stay at Forest Cottage. There was plenty of space, our children ages 1-11 loved the “park” as they called it, which was the large, completely fenced play area out front which we could watch them play from the front deck or from the many windows in the house. 「Can't say enough good things about this place. It is in a great location, accessible to so many places. The house is larger than we thought. We had 8 adults, 2 toddlers and a baby and never once felt crowded. The toddlers loved the backyard and were constantly running around back there thoroughly enjoying themselves. 「We visited with old family, and met new family in this quiet, beautiful location. The house had more than enough room for all of us. The kitchen was plenty big enough to cook for everyone, and there was even extra room in the fridge in the garage. We did have one minor issue with a water leak, but it was quickly addressed by the hosts who were incredibly responsive to all communication. I would highly recommend this host to anyone looking for a beautiful location in the Auburn area.」

"客室内の設備が故障し、交換を求めたところ、対応できないと断られた。片手で持つことができる程度の小さな備品であり、対応できないこと自体が不思議でならない。 翌日、メンテナンスの係員が故障していることを確認した上で、１０分も経たずに新たしい備品を届けに来た。 どのような理由があるのかは知らないが、客の要望に誠意を持って応えようとする様子が見て取れない。 客室の広さ、清掃状態等は一般的なレベル。ただし、客室の窓からは、目の前のハイウェイを走る車の音が一晩中入ってくるので、睡眠に支障がある。 宿泊客への対応や騒音がひどいので、次回の利用はないと思う。"
