Bedding in the apartment is 1 x King Bed and 2 x King Singles which can be zipped into a second king bed for your stay if needed, just let us know!

Convenience meets comfort with the central bathroom and separate toilet, as well as in-unit laundry facilities. Secure undercover parking ensures peace of mind for your vehicle.

This home is equipped with a device that monitors the environment inside the property (including noise levels, temperature, and motion) to ensure guests have a pleasant stay and our neighbors are not disturbed.

Please be aware that the Burleigh area is currently experiencing ongoing construction as part of the Gold Coast Light Rail expansion project. This work is taking place throughout Burleigh Heads and surrounding areas and may result in:

▪️ Increased noise during daytime hours
▪️ Changed traffic conditions or detours
▪️ General construction activity near some properties

While this is outside of our control, we want to ensure guests are fully informed prior to booking. The project is expected to enhance transport access to Burleigh once complete, but in the meantime, minor disruptions may be present.

We’ve priced our properties competitively during this period to reflect these temporary conditions. If you have any concerns, please reach out before booking — we’re happy to provide more details.

Filth

The property was filthy. Our socks stuck to the floor as we walked into the property. Dishes were dirty, bathroom was dirty. The property was on the 4th floor and no cover on the windows. Everything was old and ran down. We will never stay there again.
