!! NO PARTY!! This is a place for families, travelling professionals and guests seeking quiet comfort. We welcome those who will treat the home and neighbourhood with the same respect we do!!

Wake to gentle canal views and feel the calm of water at your doorstep!

You’ll be just minutes away from the Gold Coast’s famed surf beach, boutique cafés, Pacific Fair shopping, and the lively dining precincts of Broadbeach.

Guest Verification & Security Deposit

Since we don’t have a front desk or on-site staff, we rely on a simple system to help care for the home and keep things running smoothly for everyone.

Guest is required to complete a pre-check in form upon reservation confirmation, in the form we kindly ask for:

➤ A quick photo ID verification before arrival
➤ A $300.00 refundable damage deposit, returned within 3 days of checkout—as long as everything’s left in good shape (which it usually is!).

It’s just our way of making sure the space stays lovely and ready for the next guest. Thanks so much for understanding!

Pet-Friendly (By Request)
We’re happy to welcome your furry friends—just send us a quick message before booking to get approval.
➤ $170.00 pet fee per pet, per stay
➤ Pets must be house-trained, kept off furniture unless covered, and not left alone for long
➤ Please clean up after your pet inside and out (especially make sure no dog poos outside in the front or back yard)

Hosts were very friendly. Location was fantastic, the house suited out needs, however, a few key items need attention to make the stay awesome:1. The dishwasher was out of order, the host did not inform us of this, we found a post it note inside the dishwasher when we went to use for the first time. 2. We couldn't get our streaming services to work on the TV. With two young kids, it would have been nice to watch Christmas movies over this period. 3. The garden shed behind the master bedroom rattles in wind making it difficult for light sleepers to get a good night sleep.
