Our stay at peppers soul was great. Perfect location across from the beach and within walking distance to a large number of dining options, activities and shops. The pools were amazing. We would definitely stay here again.

The room was clean inside except for the ensuite which had water leaking from the toilet ,running accross the floor. The pool and balcony area were filthy. The pool was cold in spite of there being a pool heater which wasn't operational. When we complained about it to Q Stay( they mange the apartment on behalf of a private owner) they said the pool is not advertised as being heated. Q Stay said they would send house keeping to clean inside but not outside. House keeping didn't come during our stay. Soul management could help because it is a privately owned apartment. It seems the owner is probably to tight to spend on cleaning and maintenance.

Hard to see but the is a film of grime and bird droppings all over the balcony

Enjoyed the view and facilities. Great hotel amenities. Was not provided with tea and coffee. Maintenance issue - power point in bathroom 2 shorting.

The properties location was great and the facilities were in good condition, but the apartment we stayed in had a lack of appliances, (no toaster no kettle) The apartment could off also been cleaner, nominated areas were dusty and minor mould areas in the bath and on bathroom tiles were visible... considering we were paying top dollar to stay there Foxtel would have also been nice..

Everything was lovely except for the cleanliness of the apartment. Once checked in and inside of the room, we noticed that the counters, floors and windows were not wiped down. All the dishes were stained or Damaged. And my final issue was I wanted to order another set of towels and after putting through the request I didn’t receive the towels when the company said they would organise it. I had to message them again and once again that did not happen. When checking out I asked for a refund for the towels that I didn’t receive and the claimed that the housekeeping left them on the floor of the hallway which everyone has access to. And which is dirty. Overall I would just look to book with the actual hotel or appartments rather than go through qstay

We were looking firward to the stay iver xmas, unfortunatley few things that prevented it from being perfect: 1- Property wasn't fully clean, the cleaners had to come back to finish the job while we are in there. 2- I've been charged for an extra person. however, there was nothing extra supplied to cater for the 7th person. no extra towel or roll on bed. 3- There was only 1 toilet paper roll in 1 bathroom to cather for 7 people! 4- Microwave didn't work at all 5- Air-conditioning controller didnt work. we were freezing at night and couldnt turn it up, down or off. 6- Staff at Qstay office were not so helpful and quite rude: A- When i called about the 1 toilet paper roll, she said to me thats all what you are getting and made a silly suggestion for me to go down to their office and take some of "thier" toilet paper rolls! B- When i reported the towels issue, all what i got: Thats all what is there with no suggesti9ns to help. had to go and buy an extra towel for the additional guest that we paid extra for their stay. C- When i reported the microwave issue, i received an email giving me the obvious instructions about how to check if it works, as if i never owned one. a follow up call couple of days after was quite useless as i was told only 1 service technician around and he won't be able to attend anyway. disappointing! 6- Facilities in the common areas overall are rundown and behind on maintenance. if you still want to stay there, best to lower your expectations.

Great room with an amazing just what I requested Friendly staff were so helpful and professional The room might need abit of an update with new furniture and equipment for the kitchen as most of it is old or doesn’t work The room should of been well stocked as i was promised but we did run out of most things halfway through our stay Overall it was a great

Absolutely love our stay at Soul in an ocean view room. The unit is really clean. WeAccommodate were really helpful, kind and welcoming, good deal with them, thank you guys we really enjoyed and appreciated our stay, hope to be back with you guys.

What amazing views

Great 3 bedroom apartment on 50 floor with ocean views. The only issue is having to load the dishwasher and put the rubbish out. For the price this should not be part of the deal.

The property was visually lovely. the décor was well thought out and the floorplan spacious. the only thing that let this down was the hustle and bustle of needing to collect the keys from a different location and then needing to make our way through the traffic. Then needing to checkout, removing your car from the car park and having to return back to the room to place the keys on the bench. However, I would most definitely return to this location.
