We had unit 76 which was in very poor condition. The carpets and furniture were very stained. The cooktop was very dirty and so disgusting we didn't use it. The taps had missing bits on them. None of the furniture matched and was very old and in poor condition. Do not stay in unit 76. My family had a renovated room which was lovely. The pool area was lovely.

I paid average $150 per night, it was a short change for what we pay. we stayed at Level 15, Room 81, there was no air cond. in the bedrooms except ceiling fan, 1 standing fan each in both room and a small bedside fan in the master bedroom. There were 2 sofa in the living room, both were dated and old and a mismatch, There were still sands on the long black sofa and when you sit on it , it sunk in. 2 washing machines both were quite dirty filled with thicken detergent powder. Floor were sticky and air vent in both toilet were covered with thick dust and dirt. Very disappointed when the review indicated 4 out of 5 ????

There were baby cockaroaches in the kitchen and cupboards, the toilet was leaking in main bathroom and stank, the carpets were filthy found hair in bed and also beer cap under the bed, and hair in the drain plug. The pool and spa facilities were awesome!

Gorgeous views

The views of the canal were spectacular! The property was well maintained and the pool was great. Walking distance to the shops and the beach was a bonus. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Close to the beach with an amazing view

We had so much fun staying in the apartment - the space and set up made it feel like a home away from home. Excellent price for location and the view was beautiful to come back to after a day out. Secure under cover parking and walking distance to Surfers Paradise. We will definitely be returning to stay.

Great location

Great location with terrific views from the 15th floor over the river. The service was fine and friendly and the amenities good. The 2 bedroom apartment was nice a big, however, was very very tired and needs some love to ensure the hotel standards are basically met. A paint, definitely new carpet, new kitchen cupboards with an update on a few furniture pieces would do the trick.

Good location (on tram line), lovely canal views and good facilities (pool, tennis court etc). The apartment itself was past its prime (lounges peeling, tiles cracked in bathroom, door to balcony doesn't lock). Apartment clean to be staying in but lacking the extra details like dirty fans. Apartment is quite large which was nice but balcony on the small side. Overall I would stay again depending on price.

Very dated

The room was not even painted properly, looked like someone had started painting the wall several years ago and never finished, room was in much need of some TLC as felt like it had not been cleaned for a long time and nothing had been maintained. Overpriced for this kind of presentation and would not recommend. The only redeeming feature of the whole property was the pool area except the grass around it needed to be mowed.

Property is very old & run down. My room (76) was dirty. Dishwasher was so smelly I did not use it. It states amenities are provided but No soap & no dishwash detergent. Dining chairs very stained & dirty.

Mother and daughter get away

We stayed at the Silverton apartments in Surfers Paradise for 4 nights, we had traveled from the central coast (NSW) and arrived at around 2:30pm (Queensland time as they don't have daylight savings) on arrival you have to call a mobile no. to get service at the reception (but that's ok) lady was very nice and gave me the key to the apartment on the 14th floor (awesome) and that was it..... the room was way better than i had expected after reading some of the reviews online the only thing i could say that wasn't good was it needed a ceiling fan in the second bedroom all other rooms had them but really that's nit picking (thumbs up) beautiful view of the river and surfers (thumbs up) easy access to the trams that go into town (thumbs up) easy parking undercover (thumbs up) .....mother and daughter a big success thank you Silverton apartments
