悪くはないです。

まずフロントに誰もいなくて、外にある電話で問い合わせたら部屋の鍵が電話近くのロッカーに入ってて、結果誰にも会わずにチェックインし、チェックアウトしました。少しチェックイン時に困りました。部屋はきれいですが古い感じがしました。ジェットバスがついていてちょっと贅沢な気分になりました。総合すると悪くはないですが、もうここには泊らないと思います。

The receptionist was very kindly and sweet. and car parking area was so good. So we were expecting A hotel. BUT when we were into the room that was terrible. A smelling was like milk and cheese,, we thought about that someone did vomit to all rooms. So we had to open all windows. And they did have shampoo amenities so we disappointed a little bit. AND THEN we became little mice at the elevator for 10 minute. then the elevator moved up from ground floor to 15th floor while opened. I am a disorder patient. i had never experienced before about it. and It must not happen. FUXXIN terrible. my friend and me all panic. we just got a good view.

beautiful river views

It was great reception was lovely and helpful rooms were spacious for fam had 3 balconies and nice swimming pool and views of the river. very reasonable price for fam of four. beds were comfy and enjoyed spa bath with great view.

View of the canal was nice, reception staff were great. Great price for a 2 bedroom apartment. The apartment itself was quite dated but looked like upgrades were in the process of happening. Most of the blinds didn’t work to close. Wasn’t the most convenient location but it was quiet.

Happy customer

Reception services excellent, friendly and helpful. Rooms a little tired but plans for upgrades are in place. Clean and tidy. We had one night on 2nd floor, comfortable and quite. Second night we moved up to 13th floor, great views but noise seemed to carry further. Enjoyed both experiences. Good location short walk to the restaurants, cafes, shops and beach.

Very dated . Kitchen bench top and bathrooms painted and flaking. Main bedroom on suite no window coverage so anybody outside across the water can see you on the toilet. Some love is needed for this room.

The property was in a great location and had awesome views of all of surfers Paradise and beyond. The verandas were a bonus off every room. Great place.

The spa room was a big highlight,the ladies on the front desk were amazing they were so welcoming and willing to help were ever they could. rooms were a little run down but other then that it was a great place to stay for a family and very cheap.

It was in a terribly run down condition. Broken tiles near the spa, mouldy curtains, chipped walls, doors that would not shut properly, mismatched cutlery. Great layout of unit but terribly let down by the condition. Cigarette butts in the pool also!

The kitchen had everything you need to cook a meal. The unit was run down and in need of a renovation. The sheets and towels were clean but overall the room was quite dirty. Nice view though. And check in staff were lovely.

Needs some TLC

The hotel needs a little TLC. Our room was dated & could have been cleaner. I'm a realist & understand what you get for 3 / 3.5 stars during school holidays. Location was quiet & convenient, manager was friendly & helpful, pool was out of order but the manager did ring me to let me know before our arrival which I thought was great. (our stay was for work so this didn't effect us). Rangehood didn't work, oven & hot plate need changing, light bulbs out... just minor issues which can easily be resolved. The biggest disappointments for us were no dryer & no shower in the ensuite but I have to say the manager did offer to dry our clothes if needed. Place needs some general maintenance & this would be a great place for a holiday stay. I would stay hear again for work but would probably not consider for a holiday stay unless the maintenance issues are addressed.
