Guest Verification & Security Deposit

As there is no front desk or on-site staff, we use a simple pre-check-in process to help care for the home and ensure a smooth stay for everyone.

Upon reservation confirmation, guests are required to complete a pre-check-in form, which includes:

Photo ID verification prior to arrival

A $300 refundable damage deposit, returned within 3 days of checkout provided the property is left in good condition

This process helps us maintain the quality of the home for all guests. Thank you for your understanding.

Pet-Friendly (By Request)

Pets may be allowed with prior approval. Please message us before booking if you plan to bring a pet.

$150 pet fee per pet, per stay

Pets must be house-trained

Pets must be kept off furniture unless covered

Pets must not be left unattended for extended periods

Guests are responsible for cleaning up after pets at all times, both inside and outside the property

The property is fully fenced. Pets should remain outside during the stay, and the yard and surrounding areas must be kept clean and tidy.

No Party Policy & Quiet Hours

This is a strictly no-party property. Events, gatherings, or parties are not permitted, and we enforce a zero-tolerance policy for neighbour complaints.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of noise levels during these times to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone.
