You’ll have full self self-check-in access, and we’re just a message or call away should you need assistance, local recommendations, or help with anything during your stay.

👤 Guest Verification & Security Deposit
Since we don’t have a front desk or on-site staff, we rely on a simple system to help care for the home and keep things running smoothly for everyone.
Guest is required to complete a pre-check in form upon reservation confirmation, in the form we kindly ask for:
➤ A quick photo ID verification before arrival
➤ A $300.00 refundable damage deposit, returned within 3 days of checkout—as long as everything’s left in good shape (which it usually is!).
🐾. NO PETS are permitted at the property under any circumstances. Most of our furnishings are made from real leather, and we’ve recently installed brand new carpets throughout the home.
Any violation of this policy will result in forfeiture of the damage deposit plus additional reimbursement for cleaning or repairs if required.
🗝️ We provide 1 entrance door key, 1 garage remote by default. If you would like a second set of key, please inform us before your stay to avoid extra cost incurred.
