We got there after hours around 6 pm from Sydney on sat communication with staff called Dylan was rubbish trying to explain to him we have sent few emails through hotel.com and we received no reply he was so robotic and rude had to hang up on him and call again to speak to others there system is so bad so if u dont have 2 mobile phones u can not upload digital id. This clown need to be educated.
In other hand spoken to different staff both females they helped.
Host and hotel.com should communicate better.
