Bnb Booking presents, the gorgeous, 2 bedroom condo in Avalon Apartments, Surfers Paradise.
Located on the 12th floor, this modern and uber-stylish condo welcomes north/west facing panoramic views. Wake up every day to breathtaking scenes of the river and hinterland, from both the living and master bedroom, whilst soaking up the glitter of the spectacular night lights of the Gold Coast skyline. This apartment really does have it all.
Styled to perfection, the modern and spacious apartment oozes a chic feel, truly representing the building and its surrounds, and welcome guests up to the total of 6.
Featuring two luxurious bedrooms, and one bathroom, an open plan living and dining, accompanied by breath-taking views that sprawl from the hinterland to the ocean views, it truly is a one of a kind experience. Step out onto your private, elevated balcony, to welcome breezy mornings and balmy nights and immerse yourself into the glimmering skyline of Surfers Paradise.
The contemporary open-plan kitchen features stone bench tops and a full suite of high-quality, stainless-steel appliances, including refrigerator with integrated ice and filtered water, integrated dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave and all the essentials for a truly relaxing stay.
You’ll also appreciate additional inclusions such as complimentary high speed wi-fi, ducted air-conditioning, washing machine and dryer and secure onsite parking.
Bedding configurations are as followed:
Master bedroom 1:
1 x King with ensuite
Bedroom 2:
1 x Double bed with single trundle Bunk bed with trundle (sleeps 3)
1 x Single rollaway bed with high quality mattress

Guests will have access to the entire apartment, with the exception of a couple of locked cupboards.
Guests will have access to one car space in the carpark and to the use of the buildings facilities.
Must be minimum 25 and over to book and stay. We do not take groups of individuals.
SUPER STRICT NO PARTY POLICY.
The building facilities are controlled by the building and we cannot be held responsible if unavailable during your stay. No monies will be refunded.
Noise Policy:
Our apartment Is fitted with a noise monitor. The neighbours around us are permanent residents and it is important their condo's are also kept peaceful and respected. We always follow strict noise council regulations of strict quiet hours from 10pm and ask you to be respectful and considerate. Strictly no parties or gathering are to be held in this property. Any breach of these regulations may result in eviction without a refund of the remaining funds and loss of security charge hold bond.
Currently the second bedroom vent for the aircon is situated in the adjoining laundry, therefore the laundry door will need to remain open for aircon to flow into the second bedroom.
Cinema is available to book with Ken in reception
"Things You Need to Know Before You Book"
- We have rental agreement as part of our terms and conditions. Guest must sign the rental agreement.
- We also require a copy of the their ID (front and back). This is separate from Airbnb identity verification.
- We also require a Security deposit which we will authorize separately. See House rules for more info
- For last minute booking within 3 days, guests will be asked to send a selfie holding their credit card as an additional security measure. This is to ensure legitimacy and prevent fraudulent transaction.
- All confirmed reservations made starting on the 9th of January, 2023 will be subject to an extra public holiday surcharge which will be equal to 50% of the cleaning price if you'll check out on a public holiday. This is to be charged separately a week before your arrival, or immediately if less than a week.
