Don't book the horseback riding.

Dinner was great and people that worked in the restaurant were very helpful. Check in was fast and easy. The slide at the pool left me with painful bruises. We had booked horseback riding through the providerer recommended by the hotel. We received no confirmation email and no instructions of where to go. We went to the provider's stables which were 45 minutes away. Then, we find out we were supposed to go to the hotel and the riding will have to go on without us. Then we got a call telling us to go back to the stables. Then we get a text telling us to go to the hotel. We turned around several times. The hotel says the privider will have to reimburse us and the provider won't respond.

Jättefin anläggning och allt var fräscht. Kul att se att det är ett ställe under ständigt utveckling. Om det var något som var mindre bra var det kuddarna som var höga och hårda. Kunde förstås frågat efter en mjukare.

Litt slitt i kantene

Rommet var fint pga at vi fikk oppgradert til Deluxe rom. Hotellet virker litt utdadert. 2 av 2 jacuzzier i spaet var i ustand. Utvendig jacuzzi kunne brukes ved å laste ned en meget ukurant betalingsapp (ikke Vipps) og tilkalle betjening for å fjerne lokket. Hotellet har bra beliggenhet.

Overnatting i fjellheimen

Hotellet har en fin belliggenhet og har en fin atmosfære både ute og inne. Rommene er i bra stand og renholdet er upåklagelig. Romslig bad. Fin utsikt fra rommet og stille. Middag. Bufeen ble ikke sjekket men burgeren og indrefileen var det god kvalitet på og velsmakende. Kanskje litt høy pris. Frokosten hadde bra utvalg, men varm maten kunne vert litt friskere. Overalt en god oplevelse.

Første kveld i restauranten, gledet oss til fjellørret fra ala carten. Men, nei da! Kelner kom tilbake og meddelte fra kjøkkenet at det eneste på ala cart menyen var Pizza!! Eller måtte vi ta buffet som var klar for kinesiske bussturister… Kelneren synes dett var plagsomt og vi ga utrykk for misnøye men absolutt ikke over for ham. Han var hyggelig og flink. Tok dette opp dagen etter i resepsjonen og vi ble lovet ala cart til kvelden. Da fikk vi fjellørreten som var meget god! Frokost og smørbrødvalg til lunsj meget bra!

Det er veldig lytt her og man hører godt de som går forbi eller har rom ved siden av. Fikk rom rett over et røykehjørne så røyken kom inn på rommet. Hotellet har veldig god beliggenhet og frokosten var veldig bra 😊

Opplevde noe i spisesal som ikke var bra En av de ansatte ryddet nabobord Og da tok hun to glass som var halvdrukene og bare slo opp i mugge som stod på bordet Som fortsatte å stå der til neste gjester Så når vi skulle gå så tok vi med oss mugge og satte ved resepsjon i matsal! Vi har hatt mange fine overnattinger på storefjell Når vi så hva som sjedde så har vi begynt å lure på hygiene med annen mat i spisesal

Bra på det meste, hyggelig og nostalgisk.

Fantastisk beliggenhet, vennlig og hjelpsom betjening. Vidunderlig med så mange preparerte skiløyper - noe av det beste jeg har opplevd. Hotellet er preget av 70-80 talls dekor, mørkt og litt gammelmodig, men godt vedlikehodlt og sjarmerende/nostalgisk. Maten på restaruanten var en skuffelse. Ingrediensene var gode, men ikke tilberedelsen. Synd for både maten og oss som kunder. - særlig når den høye prisen blir tatt i betraktning. For slapt. Her må det et løft til.

Nostalgi er greit, men det er grenser

Servitører ved middag kom ikke til bordet og måtte oppsøkes. De klarte heller ikke å kommunisere at betaling var påkrevd i restauranten selv om jeg oppgav romnummer for å sette det på rommet. Mat middag/frokost var av middels kvalitet. Gjenspeiler nivå på tiden da bar/restaurant ble utsmykket!

Veldig hyggelig personale. Veldig bra frokost. Veldig lytt mellom rommene og dårlig lydisolert. Folk smeller med dørene som om de er alene og starter med dette fra kl 06.30. Er mye på hotell i forbindelse med jobben, og dette er desverre ikke noe spesielt for Storefjell.

Flott week end

Et veldig bra hotell der alt var på stell. Senga litt hard etter min smak, men tenårings-sønnen min syntes den var perfekt. Og han likte seg i eget boble-bad!

Innsjekk gikk fint, blide folk bak skranken. Rent og pent. Men tok VELDIG lang tid før bordene ved resepsjonen ble ryddet etter bruk. Brukte kopper, glass halvspiste kaker sto i timer uten rydding. God frokost .
