Nice clean room, amenities were good - small fridge large screen tv though room was hot. Staff were absent on our arrival at 4 pm but saw them later.

No A/C and enormously loud fan. HOT!

Really hot. No A/C and couldn´t sleep with open windows due to room on 1st floor. The portable fan were enormously loud and didn´t contribute a lot getting it colder so there were not much sleep. Otherwise the beds were comfy and breakfast good. Easy self-check in.

Too hot in the room - AC deactivated by owner

Nice room, but because the owner decided to cut the AC, I recommend to not use this hotel in the summer. The rooma are not designed to be ventilated with window only, and the temperature did not go under 26 degrees during the night. Fans in the room were of cheap and of bad quality and kept us from sleeping.

kein Personal. Bildschirm Check-in langwierig. Abfrage von irrelevanten persoehnlichen infos, ohne die check in unmoeglich. .... no personel. Screen check in cumbersome. A lot of personal info required. Each field needs to be filled in to gain access to room. Building hot and stuffy, room even more so. Breakfast at additional Euro 17 per person.

Bad Service

In ten years business travels it never occurred to me that one cannot spontaneously opt for breakfast. But there are first times for everything. At Adesso Hotel, one needs to book breakfast in advance. Staff was not friendly. My room was never taken care of in four days. I completely dislike that the bathroom's ligut and vent is triggered bu a motion sensor. This is against medical advice for proper sleep patterns. If one cam accept the above, Adesso Hotel is generally clean, has good beda and large TVs.

Das Hotel verfügt zwar über eine Klimaanlage, die aber leider !!! während unserem Aufenthalt ,14.-17.08.2025 ,nicht in Betrieb genommen wurde ( und das bei Temperaturen von über 30 Grad 😩 ). Nach Aussage eines unfreundlichen Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption, verfügt dieses Hotel über keine solche Anlage. Nicht nachvollziehbar. Ferner waren wir völlig überrascht, dass nur gegen einen Aufpreis in bis heute unbekannter Höhe, eine üblicherweise tägliche Reinigung stattfindet. Zimmergröße, Ausstattung,Sanitär sehr zufriedenstellend. Das Frühstücksbüffet hat ebenfalls positiv überrascht. Fazit: trotz dieser Einschränkungen, können wir uns vorstellen, hier wieder zu buchen.

Super lækkert hotel og meget lækker morgenmad. Dog en del problemer med at komme ud fra parkering da bommen ikke ville åbne, flere gæster havde samme problem. Problemer med at få hjælp til at komme ud

Bra rum - värdelös service

Receptionen var allt annat än behjälplig vid incheckningen och dubbeldebiterade oss för ett rum för att sedan hävda att de inte gjort det. Först dagen efter när chefen var där löste sig problemet. AC fanns installerad på rummet, men fungerade endast om fönstret var stängt och var fast på 23grader. Efter 2h slog den av automatiskt och gick ej att starta. När detta påpekades var svaret bara att AC var ”not included”. Personalen var allt annat än hjälpsam och frukosten saknade glutenfria alternativ

Ruhiges Zimmer (nach hinten!)und tolles Frühstück

Das Frühstück ist einfach genial! Es gab für Vegetarier wirklich eine gute Auswahl, genauso wie für Fleischesser (zum Beispiel Hausmacher-Wurst vom Metzger). Die Krönung war allerdings, der frisch bereitete Apfelstrudel (noch richtig schön war) mit Vanillesoße und der Mango Joghurt mit kleinen Stückchen!

Smidig incheckning i apparaten utanför, hittade inte QR-kod i bokningsbekräftelsen som troligen gjort att vi inte behövde skriva in våra uppgifter. Bra o rymligt rum. Bra och fräsch frukost. Bra parkering på innergård. Läs mejl från hotellet där all information finns. Inkl om betalning av parkering som betalas innan man kör ut.

Keurig hotel, goed ontbijt, schone kamer, ruime fijne badkamer met prima douche. Uitstekend voor puur overnachten, grenzend aan de Harz, mooi! Directe omgeving van het hotel niet schitterend, maar goede prijs/kwaliteit. Ik zou het zo weer boeken!

Wir haben als Familie zur Durchreise eine Nacht verbracht. Die Betten waren gut, das Bad war sauber. Die Minibar war nicht sauber. Das Frühstück nicht im Übermaß, aber völlig in Ordnung. Das Hotel liegt ca. 6km vom Zentrum weg, die Aussicht aus dem Fenster trostlos. Aber gut, für eine Nacht macht das nichts. Fanden es insgesamt zu teuer zzgl. Frühstück 30€ für 2E2K und 15€ Parken. Das Preis/Leistung hat für mich nicht gestimmt.
