「First, we asked two questions through the Expedia app and did not receive an answer. Second, apparently parking inside the gated community is not available. We were not given a code for the car gate. We waited untill a tenant opened it and followed them in. Then we had confusion because there are three entrys to the building, not one. Another tenant at the first entrance was rude, not helpful and told us to move our car. We found a wonderful tenant walking her dog. She put her car in the...

「This is a new build, and the place was comfortable, though small. The bed was a pull-out couch and only somewhat comfortable. Unfortunately, the biggest problem was the shower, which didn't drain properly. Each time I asked for it to be fixed, the host promised someone would reach out, but no one ever did. Since we were staying for two weeks, we ended up cleaning the drain ourselves just to use the shower. For a new build, a drain in that condition suggests it hadn't been cleaned in a long time....

「The place was uncleanly, smelled, and was not provided any amenities really. Beds weren’t made and bedding seemed dirty. I was extremely disappointed for the large amount of money I spent on this rental and what I received. The photos did not match some areas of the apartment… for example, instead of a bathmat in the bathroom there was a doormat. It was really unpleasant. 」
