Nestled in the quant neighborhood of East Gloucester you'll pass Rocky Neck art colony on your way into this quiet street. The long driveway provides plenty of privacy as well as parking for multiple cars.

Inside, a one-of-a-kind waterfront scene, hand painted along the staircase by a local artist, greets you as you enter via the formal foyer. Pick your hangout spot from two comfortable living rooms, a game room with a ping-pong table, the sunroom, the cheerful and well equipped kitchen, the umbrellaed patio, or the multiple decks and porches.

Head upstairs and you'll find a common full bathroom as well as a bedroom with 2 full beds and a bunkbed room. This floor also boasts 2 king suites each with en-suite bathrooms. One of these suites features a desk for remote work and the other has convenient laundry machines in the bathroom as well as a private balcony.

This bonus "loft style" floor is perfect for kids! Carpeting throughout makes it a safe place to play and there's plenty of room and toys to spread out. Four twin beds are comfortable for kids or adult guests! This floor also gets amazing ocean views.

The "in-law suite" is located on the east wing of the house. Head up stairs to a cozy apartment - the perfect place for a family or couple to have their our private space!
