「Great stay! The hotel was very clean, the room was nice and comfortable, and the location was perfect with plenty of shopping and retail stores nearby. Most importantly was super close to Fort Eustis Army base. The pool was lovely, and the gym looked clean and well equipped. We’d definitely stay here again!」

「The room was clean enough. The bathroom is very tiny but functional. The room definitely needed to be upgraded. The staff were friendly. Breakfast is a decent continental breakfast as long as you are there early. If you get there closer to 9:00 good luck on getting any breakfast. Our stay was decent we would stay again.」

「Overall my stay was OK. Upon arrival I was not able to check in on time because my room was not available due to hotel being reserved to capacity, which caused me to have a 1 hr delay in check in. The hotel receptionist (Urania)was somewhat pleasant however, made some remarks that my particular room wasn’t ready because I had to wait for a handicap room, I stated I did not book a handicap room. Then, she stated that since I booked via Expedia that, I have the cheapest room, so I had to wait for...

「The European tapestries and decor was unique and the overall experience was excellent. I requested a champagne bottle be left in the room before I arrived and the staff had it ready! Great experience and I’ll be coming back.」
