"My wife and I stayed at this hotel for one night while traveling in Europe. The hotel was nice, convenient location, well maintained, and clean throughout. The staff was cordial and helpful answering all of our questions. The room was nicely appointed with an ensuite (bathroom), all clean with the needed appointments. I would replace the mattress on the bed as this was sagging from use and needs replaced. Good place that I would recommend."

"Building and the apartment where as per photos and really nice. However there was no contact, phone call, text, email with the details about how to get in. I was struggling around,at almost midnight, trying to find my way in and finally I had to call the agency for the details (luckily, lady picked up the phone and was very helpful). Nevertheless, saying “you should have received a message from us at 1pm… oh, your phone number is wrong, too many digits…”. No, not too many, simply not a polish...
