"We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, the staff were very friendly and helpful, we stayed for one night and were able to leave our luggage on our arrival day and departure day which gave us 2 full luggage free days to explore. On dropping off our cases were were given a city pass which allowed us to use public transport around the city free of charge. It is 2 stops (6 mins) from the city on the train and so easy to get back and forth with trains running well into the night. It is also a short bus ride from pilatus gondola which we experienced and is well worth a visit.
The room itself was well equipped with a kettle which is always a bonus, the bed was comfortable and the room was plenty big enough for us and our luggage. Everywhere was clean and the shower worked well. Breakfast had ample choice all set out nicely with plenty of seating. I would love to go back to Luzern as it is a lovely town and I will definitely stay in this hotel it was also good value for money."
